It’s not always glory and fame, sometimes it’s heartache and pain. But if you push through those times, the sun will rise on your life. You will reach the top of that mountain.
It’s very important to understand that emotional intelligence is not the opposite of intelligence, it’s not the triumph of heart over head - it is the unique intersection of both. You can conquer almost any fear if you will only make up your mind to do so. For remember, fear doesn't exist anywhere except in the mind. If your emotional abilities aren't in hand, if you don't have self-awareness, if you are not able to manage your distressing emotions, if you can't have empathy and have effective relationships, then no matter how smart you are, you are not going to get very far. But once you are in that field, emotional intelligence emerges as a much stronger predictor of who will be most successful, because it is how we handle ourselves in our relationships that determines how well we do once we are in a given job.

Ti voglio felice e indipendente. Ti voglio anche matto e sorridente. Ti voglio come sei, perché è così che hai conquistato il mio cuore. Non ti voglio perfetto, perché neanche io lo sono. Voglio vederti sempre felice e per questo rispetto tutto ciò che fai, anche se probabilmente io non farei lo stesso, ma è questo l’aspetto migliore: imparare che la vita non ha un unico sentiero. Vivi, salta, corri, sii libero, sii felice amore mio, perché io sarò felice vedendoti godere di ogni istante come se stessi per esalare il tuo ultimo sospiro. Grazie per mettere il mio mondo sottosopra e per fare cose che non credevo sarei mai riuscita a capire; con te hanno acquisito un nuovo senso.

It's always changing. Sometimes you're up. Sometimes you're down. I can tell you now. Be aware of that. Things are not gonna work out exactly right. Sometimes they will. Sometimes. And that's when life is just playing a game with you. I don't care how good you are. I don't care how talented you are. I don't care how much you work on yourself. There are some times that things just aren't going right. They just are not going to go right. And there are times when anything can happen, will happen. But during those down moments, that's where the growth takes place. What's where the work is.

And if something wonderful happens, go to the mirror and say thank you. Acknowledge yourself for creating this wonderful experience. First thing in the morning and last thing in the evening, I want you to look into your eyes and say I love you. I really love you, and I accept you exactly as you are. It can be tough at first but if you stick with it in a short time this affirmation will be true for you and won't that be fun! You will find that as your self-love grows so will your self-respect. And any changes that you find yourself needing to make will be easier to accomplish when you know that they are the right ones for you. Love is never outside yourself. It is always within you. As you are more loving you will be more lovable. So choose new thoughts to think about yourself and choose new words to tell yourself how magnificent you are and that you deserve all the good that life has to offer.

I preferably hope that everybody would accept the fact that there are some irreconcilable sufferings in this world.I most hate people say that only after going through sufferings and afflictions can they become better persons. I really hope that everybody would accept the fact that some sufferings are destructive.

If you enter this world knowing you are loved and you leave this world knowing the same, then everything that happens in between can be dealt with.
Sometimes, you need to step outside, get some air, and remind yourself of who you are and who you want to be.
