A new meal prep option is coming! 🙌🏼

The Coyote Cafe is starting meal prep meals! 🔥

As someone with Celiac, Mexican food is often an easy choice for me, so I was excited when I was asked to taste test one of the new meal prep meals.

I tried the Chicken Bacon Ranch and not only was it delicious, but the portion was HUGE. Seriously, one of the biggest portions I’ve ever seen in a meal prep meal!

Thanks for letting me be one of your taste testers! ❤️

Who’s excited to try? 🙋🏼‍♀️

*Meal provided to me as a taste tester.

Tomorrow night. 🤍

If September has been September-ing a little too hard, I have plans for you. 😂

CBD + 75 minutes where nobody needs anything from you.

No emails.
No laundry.
No running around.
No figuring out what’s for dinner.

Just get comfortable, close your eyes and let me do the rest.

Your CBD Store • Hamburg

If you’ve been thinking about joining us, this is your reminder.

Apparently, this is how I know fall is coming. 😂

Some people start decorating for fall.

I start making elderberry syrup and chopping things to shove into a jar of Fire Cider.

Same thing, basically.

This is one of my favorite parts of Clean Living. Not the idea that we have to overhaul everything we do or make every single thing ourselves, because absolutely not. 😂

It’s learning a few simple things that we can make, use and incorporate into our homes as the seasons change.

Elderberry syrup is already made, and Fire Cider is next on my list.

And while I was making it, I started thinking about how much I’ve missed teaching this kind of stuff.

Before BW716 became so focused on Reiki and sound, Make & Takes were a big part of what I did.

Getting this new space has me thinking about them again.

Things we can make together. Things you’ll actually use. Things that don’t require you to become a completely different person or spend $400 replacing everything in your house.

Just simple ways to bring a little more intention into everyday life.

I have a feeling there may be some jars, bottles and questionable-looking concoctions happening in Allentown this fall. 😂

Stay tuned. 🤍

Have an idea for a class, workshop or gathering… but nowhere to actually hold it?

I know that problem REALLY well. 😂

For years, one of the hardest parts of offering classes and workshops through BW716 hasn’t been coming up with the ideas. It’s been finding the right place to actually hold them.

Is the room big enough? Is it available when I need it? Can I afford it? Does it work for what I’m trying to do? And, maybe most importantly, does it feel like a place where I actually want to bring people?

It can be surprisingly hard to find.

So when I started dreaming about what I could do with the new BW716 space, I knew I wanted part of it to be available to other people who have great ideas but need the right place to bring them to life.

The studio/classroom space will be available for independent professionals looking for a welcoming place to host their own offerings.

Think:

• Workshops + make-and-takes
• Classes + trainings
• Yoga + movement
• Breathwork + meditation
• Wellness experiences
• Educational series
• Small group gatherings
• And probably some things I haven’t even thought of yet

The space can accommodate everything from shorter classes to half-day or full-day experiences, depending on what you’re planning.

BW716 will be located within Hiraeth House, a women-led collective in the heart of Allentown, and I’d love to see this become a place where other people can bring their own work, ideas and communities together too.

I take possession October 1, and I’ll be spending the first few weeks cleaning, moving, setting up and figuring out exactly how the room works best in different configurations.

So while I don’t have pretty photos to show you yet… they’re coming. 😂

Have something in mind?

I created a short Studio Space Interest Form so I can learn a little about what you’d like to offer and how you envision using the space.

You’ll find the form at the link in my bio. 🤍

And if you know someone with a great idea who just needs a place to make it happen, send this their way.

I’d love to see what gets created here.

WTF is CBD & Sound? 😂

Fair question.

It’s exactly what it sounds like, but also so much better than that description makes it sound.

We start with CBD and a little time to settle in. Then you get comfortable, close your eyes, and I take over from there with a full sound experience designed to give your nervous system a chance to stop doing ALL THE THINGS for a while.

No experience needed.

No flexibility required.

No need to know anything about sound healing.

You literally just have to show up and lie down. I feel like we can handle that. 😂

If September already has you running from one thing to the next, consider this your permission to spend 75 minutes doing absolutely none of it.

Our next CBD & Sound is:

🤍 Tuesday, September 22
🤍 6:00–7:15 PM
🤍 Your CBD Store, Hamburg

Space is limited, and I would really love to fill this room.

Reserve your spot by calling the store at (716)649-1940 and come spend a Tuesday night doing something that requires absolutely nothing from you.

Except showing up. 🤍

A little reminder that owning a wellness business does not mean I am calm all the time. 😂

I teach mindfulness.

I practice Reiki.

I facilitate sound healing.

I use essential oils.

I know breathing techniques.

I have an unreasonable number of ways to help regulate a nervous system.

And I still occasionally respond to a minor inconvenience with, “Are you f-ing kidding me?”

Because wellness isn’t about becoming a person who never gets stressed, overwhelmed, annoyed, anxious, or completely loses her s**t.

At least that’s not the kind of wellness I’m interested in.

For me, it’s about having tools that help me notice when I’m there and find my way back.

Sometimes that’s Reiki.

Sometimes it’s sound.

Sometimes it’s getting outside.

Sometimes it’s taking a few deep breaths.

And sometimes it’s swearing first and doing all of the above afterward. 😂

We contain multitudes. 🤍

Maybe you don’t need a space for your practice every day.

Maybe you just need the right space on the days you do. 🤍

As BW716 gets ready to move into its new home at Hiraeth House in Allentown, I have a second practitioner space available, and this one looks a little different from Room One.

Room Two will be a furnished, shared space with a massage table, which makes it a great option for an independent wellness professional who wants a consistent place to see clients without the commitment or expense of a full-time room.

The room will primarily be available during daytime hours, with evening and weekend availability as well. I’m flexible with the schedule and would love to work with the right practitioner to create an arrangement that works well for both of us.

Rent is $300/month and includes:

• Utilities
• Furnished practitioner space with massage table
• Shared waiting area
• Restroom and kitchenette access

This could work beautifully for massage therapy, acupuncture, energy work, holistic health, or another complementary wellness practice that works well within a furnished treatment space.

BW716 is located within Hiraeth House, a women-led collective in the heart of Allentown, and finding practitioners who feel like a natural fit for that community matters to me.

I take possession October 1 and will spend the first few weeks cleaning, refreshing and getting everything ready. I’m anticipating the practitioner spaces will be ready sometime in mid-to-late October.

A couple of important details: parking is not included, and practitioners will need to carry their own appropriate professional and general liability insurance.

Interested?

I created a short interest form so I can learn a little about you, your practice, what kind of schedule you’re looking for and whether Room Two might be a good fit.

You’ll find the Practitioner Space Interest Form at the link in my bio. 🤍

And if you know someone who has been saying, “I wish I could find a space just a few days a week…” send this their way. This might be exactly what they’ve been looking for.

Are you an over-talker or an under-talker?

Or, depending on the day… both? 😂

The throat chakra is probably one of my favorites to talk about because communication isn’t just about whether we’re speaking.

It’s also about whether we’re saying what we actually mean, asking for what we need, listening to other people, and knowing when maybe we don’t need to say anything at all.

And I don’t know about you, but I can find myself on BOTH sides of this one. 🙋‍♀️

Sometimes the work is finding your voice.

Sometimes the work is knowing when to shut the hell up and listen. 😂

Neither makes you “bad” at communication. But noticing our patterns can tell us a lot.

Swipe through for a little throat chakra check-in. 💙

When I said BW716 was getting a home, I also said there was more to come. 🤍

Here’s one of those pieces.

The new BW716 space includes two private rooms, and I’m looking for independent wellness professionals who might love to make one of them home for their own practice.

BW716 will be located within Hiraeth House, a women-led collective in the heart of Allentown. I’d love to find practitioners whose work and energy feel like a natural fit within that community.

Think massage therapy, acupuncture, counseling, social work, mental health, holistic health, energy work, or another complementary wellness practice.

First up: Room One.

This room is approximately 156 sq. ft. with a private closet and will be available for exclusive use with 24/7 access.

Rent is $500/month and includes:

• Utilities
• Wi-Fi
• Private closet/storage
• Shared waiting area
• Restroom and kitchenette access
• Furnished or unfurnished, depending on your needs

This could be a beautiful fit for an established independent professional who wants a consistent, welcoming place to see clients without taking on the expense and responsibility of an entire office.

I take possession of the space October 1 and will be spending the first few weeks cleaning, refreshing, moving in and making it feel like BW716. My priority will be getting these rooms ready first, so I’m anticipating Room One will be available sometime in mid-to-late October.

A couple of important details: parking is not included, and practitioners will need to carry their own appropriate professional and general liability insurance.

Interested?

I created a short interest form so I can learn a little about you, your practice and what you’re looking for in a space.

You’ll find it at the link in my bio. 🤍

And if someone immediately popped into your head while you were reading this, please send this their way. I’d love to meet them.

BW716 is getting a home. 🤍

I have been waiting a long time to say that.

This October, I’ll be getting the keys to a beautiful new space in Buffalo’s Allentown neighborhood.

Holy s**t. I signed a lease. 😂

For years, Be Wellness 716 has existed wherever I could bring it. I’ve packed up sound bowls, blankets, mats, oils, supplies and approximately 4,000 other things and carried them into studios, businesses, community spaces and anywhere else this work has taken me.

And I am incredibly grateful for every one of those places.

But quietly, in the background, I’ve been dreaming about what it might look like for BW716 to have a home of its own.

A place for Reiki.

A place for sound.

A place to learn, gather and connect.

A place to create some of the things that have been living in my head for a very long time.

And now I get to build it.

I get the keys October 1. 🔑

That does NOT mean we’re opening October 2. 😂

First comes the cleaning, moving, decorating, figuring out what goes where, changing my mind about what goes where, and turning an empty space into something that actually feels like BW716.

I want to take my time and do this thoughtfully.

And I’m going to bring you along for all of it.

There is a lot more to share about what’s coming, but today I just want to sit with this part for a minute:

BW716 is getting a home.

I am excited.
I am grateful.
I am slightly terrified. 😂

And I cannot freaking wait. 🤍
