It's with a heavy heart that I make this post. Many years ago when I first came into the scene Mark Last was one of the first people I met. My like seocnd party ever was an old school rave in the true sense of the word held on new years 2009-2010 in his loft space in brooklyn. Mark aka Malco Facilitator, was what it meant to be a raver. He was outspoken and could always give a dose of the truth whether it was favorable or not. HOWEVER, Mark was a raver in its truest sense. When you would run into him somewhere he would stop make a silly face from across the room point and suddenly come running over to you pick you up spin you around hug you and plant kisses on your cheek, like you were the king of the world, he made you feel like you were king of the world, when genuinely he was just that happy to see you. Over the years Mark has been there for me to give me some of his sagely raver wisdom, even if sometimes it wasn't exactly what you wanted to hear, but he was always there to be a big brother, to lend an ear to listen, a shoulder to cry on, or just a big hug and kisses all over your face. Mark always encouraged me to follow my dreams... and also to point out when i completely trainwrecked a transition His passing truly saddens me, Mark embodied the original meaning of what it was to be a raver. The world needed more people like that, he was outspoken he was loud he was fantastic, but above all no matter who you are or where you came from mark was there to listen and be a friend, whether he was talking passionately about the scene, or just shooting the s**t. I will truly miss seeing him wave and blow kisses at me and say hello miss valentine
