But when your head finally hits the pillow? Youâre wired, restless, and wide awake at 2AM.
If sleep has become a struggle in this season of life, youâre not alone.
Midlife brings hormonal shifts, increased demands, and a nervous system thatâs often stuck in âonâ mode.
Here are a few things that help my clientsâand meâfinally start sleeping deeper and waking up with real energy:
đ´ A consistent evening and morning routine
đ´ Going to bed + waking up at the same time daily

Did you know that what you do in the 72 hours before Monday sets the tone for how you lead, feel, and function.
