MAY WOMEN’S CIRCLE: Women as Portals of Creation, in Honor of Mother’s Day.

We gather to remember the creative force that lives within each of us, and the power that awakens when women come together in presence, truth, and deep connection.
A celebration of women as portals of creation of life, of energy, of expression. In honor of Mother’s Day, we gather to remember the creative force that lives within each of us. The body of a woman is a portal, yes, to create human life, but also to create in so many other ways… to shape, express and bring life into form in diverse and meaningful ways.
Through breathwork, meditation, somatic exploration, and sound healing, this energy begins to move, expand, and come alive within a circle where you are seen, supported, and witnessed. There is something profoundly activating in being in the presence of other women; it opens, softens and ignites what is ready to be expressed.

If you ask me what was my favorite part of Japan, I’d say…the temples and the fact that my daughters wanted to see them with me!

Every day so at least one or two temples, they are all so different and there are thousands of them!

Each of them with different offerings, different religions and deities.

You need a lifetime to see the all!

Japan - all of you transformed us.

Japan, you transformed us. I can’t stop thinking about you. The respect and reverence woven into every word and every layer of intentionality that exist in every tradition was both mind-blowing and heart-opening.

I feel that Japan is a country of extremes, it is deeply rooted in tradition, where eating, drinking tea, bathing and even walking are rituals, that have been created with such care and at the same time so modern, so forward-thinking. And somehow, it all exists in perfect harmony, creating a quiet, magnificent beauty in everything, from the way money is handled, to the tiny gorgeous little elegant desserts, to the way even the simplest moments are honored.

So much that it’s hard to put into words, so much beauty it’s almost overwhelming, in the delicate construction of your temples and in the gentleness of your people.

The beauty, reverence and respect is everywhere, the way things are presented, in the colors of the fabrics and in the unspoken words that make everything feel intentional. And not to mention how fortunate we were to arrive just in time for the cherry blossoms, like the sweetest cherry on top.

I can say that I walked Japan, I ate Japan and I dressed Japan!

Visiting Japan was a dream I had since I far I can remember and doing it with my daughters was the perfect dream come true.

There is something truly powerful that happens when women gather.
When we pause from the many roles we hold and come together to support, uplift and remind each other of the strength wisdom, and beauty that lives within us.
Working with and supporting women is one of the deepest honors of my work. I have seen how transformative it is when women feel safe enough to reconnect with themselves, to use their voice, to trust their intuition, and to stand fully in their power.

I’m honored to be a guest speaker at this inspiring conference, where I will share practices to help calm the nervous system and reconnect to inner balance. This conference will bring together nearly 1,000 women for an inspiring, expert-led experience focused on every facet of well-being. Participants will engage in conversations, enjoy wellness activities and explore a curated marketplace, all within a supportive, empowering community.
Supporting women is not just my work — it is my devotion.
Because when women rise in awareness, presence, and self-love, the ripple touches her family, her communities and the world at large.

February Women’s Circle:

Celebration of the Lunar New Year | The Year of the Fire Horse

Dear Sisters,

You are warmly invited to the first gathering of a new monthly Women’s Circle series—a sacred space to come together in sisterhood, presence and conscious intention.

This is an open invitation to all women in NYC who are seeking for sisterhood, connection and community.

This first circle will be the beginning of a year-long journey. Each month, we will gather around a different theme, with the shared intention of aligning with the energy of the Year of the Fire Horse, a year that calls us into embodiment, presence, courage, and fully inhabiting our lives. We will begin this journey by creating a Vision Board together, using intention, creativity, conscious awareness and embodiment to anchor our dreams not only in the mind, but in the body and the heart.


The Fire Horse invites us out of our heads and into our bodies, out of autopilot and into awareness. This circle is an invitation to slow down, feel, listen, and consciously step into the year ahead—together.

We will create a Vision Board that will carry the force and determination of the Fire Horse.
