Chocolate Chip Cookies (20–30)

Ingredients:
2 sticks margarine
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp vanilla sugar
2 eggs
2 1/4 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 package chocolate chips

How to:
Mix margarine, sugar, brown sugar & vanilla sugar
Add eggs
Add flour, baking soda, salt & chocolate chips

Bake:
350°F for 10–12 minutes
(don’t overbake — they firm up as they cool)
