Been taking a much-needed break from pretty much all the socials with the exception of YouTube.
Hope everyone had a good summer✨
Mine was A LOT, some highs - went back to one of my favorite places in the world, NYC, finally got my 2nd ear piercing, reconnected with friends, babysat my fur nephew, really good hair days, lots of pretty sunsets), and lows (car accident, got Covid as evidenced by that tragic photo in my pink scarf, mental health wasn’t the best, family and friends going through really bad times, generally feeling blah). So here’s my lil photo recap of some of the good - except that ‘vid pic, definition of NOT good 🤧Took lots of pics and vids over the past few months so may even throw up a reel or 4 lol. Gently getting back on the socials as my anxiety will allow.

Vulnerable time eeekkk😬
Been wanting to do this post for awhile, but was super nervous - I’ve talked about it on my YT livestreams, our convos go EVERYWHERE there lol but a whole, stay-up-for-anyone-to-see-on-IG post? Scary.
But being that it’s the last day of I’m pushing myself to do it✨

I was diagnosed with anxiety and depression last year and it wasn’t surprising to me at all - my earliest memory ever was one of being anxious and worrying. So an official diagnosis was basically like “yup, that tracks”.

I’ve been managing things with talking to my family, going out in nature, and my comfort media.
I watch/listen to stuff on every day, and my unique comfort media specifically helps to really calm my mind/put me in a better headspace so I wanted to share my go-tos (a lot of these are in podcast form too)⬇️

*Horror narrators* - it may seem weird that scary stuff calms me down lol but these stories and narrators are a huge part of my daily routine, especially to sleep. My faves are .revenant .official .busta

And , love their channel, especially “Eat the Menu” series - hilarious, super sweet moments with his friends, usually makes me hungry lol - I’ve seen each episode more times than I can count, super happy whenever there’s a new uploaded.
