I am enjoying a couple of days off from making videos 🥵

I thought I’d share some of the changes in my mindset over the past month. Honestly I can’t even explain how the Lord showed me I needed to change my approach to my business! It’s like all of a sudden He revealed to me what to do! 💡

I now know who I’m hoping to help and I’m more excited than ever! I have a lot of work ahead of me but I look forward to sharing it all with you! ✨

I’m currently finalizing the formatting for my new guide for overcoming FOOD FEAR and I’ll be releasing it soon!

I hope you all enjoyed your Christmas if you celebrate! And I hope that you’re not looking to “make up” for whatever you ate yesterday. Just because you most likely indulged doesn’t mean your body didn’t use that food for nourishment!

The new year is approaching and I know we’re all thinking about “resolutions”. Anybody have any health related goals this coming year?

My name is Alecia Cogan and I am a registered dietitian. I completed my bachelors of science in Nutrition and Dietetics at Long Island University and I completed my Dietetic Internship at Hunter College. I currently work in acute care at a hospital in Brooklyn, New York providing medical nutrition care to patients with several different conditions and diseases. I am however currently working on getting my very own online nutrition practice off the ground to provide direct services and care to my community. I look forward to serving you!
