I’ve had moments where I carried so much on my shoulders that even breathing felt heavy. But I kept going - even when I didn’t feel supported… even when I felt alone… even when I didn’t know where my strength would come from next.

And today, I’m not just grateful for what I survived -
I’m grateful for who I became because of it.

Today is your reminder that Thanksgiving isn’t only about the table, the food, or the family around you -
