Lotus and Elephant along with Genevieve Eustis is offering a 10 day yoga retreat at Peace Garden Resort in South Goa, located on a strip of beautiful secluded undeveloped beach. Rise at 7AM for a 7:30AM Meditation and a slow flow asana practice centered on awakening the body, opening the heart, and nourishing the spirit. An organic vegetarian breakfast will be served at 9:30AM with traditional Ayurvedic Indian offerings as well as local fruit and curd and chai tea or coffee. Take advantage of the stunning beaches, relaxing spa services, and nearby excellent shopping before or after a delicious midday vegetarian lunch. Late afternoon asana practice and meditation will focus on principles of Integral Yoga, relaxation, grounding, and restoring the body, mind and spirit. The retreat will include an optional field trip to Shantadurga Temple, as well as a sunrise dolphin sighting boat trip. Starting at $1150 for shared two person accommodation in a lovely garden setting with comfortable beds and attached bathrooms. Private accommodation may be available, please inquire if interested. Some spa services will be offered including massage and facials using locally sourced products.
