National Women’s Health & Fitness Day — and our favorite version of it is four friends, one day pass, and no plans.

Sauna in the morning, a Korean Body Scrub in the afternoon, lunch in between, and the hot tubs until someone finally checks the time.

The quietest hours here are the ones most people never see.

We are open 24 hours. Stay past 2 a.m. and overnight is $20 on top of admission — the saunas keep running, the lounges stay open, and the building goes very, very still. One note: entry is not permitted between 2 and 6 a.m., so come before then and settle in.

Nobody tells you that the food is half the reason people stay all day.
