Creating a skincare routine is more than "washing your face". You need a moment to pause and reflect upon your day. Maybe you need to listen to your favorite podcast or audiobook- whatever you choose to do... add at least 30 minutes to your day, TWICE A DAY, for a gentle cleanse and moisturize. "Have you ever had a facial before?" is usually my first question to clients when they fill out my intake form before their service. Their response always shocks me, knowing they have no idea they'll lose me as their esthetician to take care of their skin. It means a lot to me that trust is established ahead of the appointment. I was even recommended through a ChatGPT conversation; how exciting!
