*About once a year, I look into buying myself a scream jar.
*The plan... give a small amount of long acting to smooth the line. Take a walk before correcting with fast acting. I will let you know how this goes. It's one of those diabetes moments that makes anyone's hair fall out.
*Update: Short walk dropped bg to 191. However, we are slowly creeping back up.

Endocrinology requested that dessert be served on his dinner plate as part of the meal. The idea is that dessert isn't a treat but it is just part of the meal. We definitely need some adjustments.
