Everyone posts the winsā¦ but thereās been some s**t behind the scenes too. šš
Some of these moments had me questioning EVERYTHING in real time. Now I can look back and laugh at some of them, but every single one taught me something about business, people, and most importantlyā¦ how to MOVE smarter.
The wins didnāt come without a few plot twists. š
And I think we need to normalize showing BOTH. The big wins, the hard seasonsā¦ all of it.
Because building something youāre proud of is rarely a straight line.

I remember doubting myself.
Overthinking everything.
Wondering if I was even capable of becoming her.
But what people donāt seeā¦
is everything I had to grow through to get here.
The uncomfortable seasons.
The mistakes.
The moments I questioned everything.
The version of me today wasnāt givenā¦
she was built.
Through risk.
Through growth.
Through choosing to keep going.
That little girl didnāt need perfection.
She needed me to believe in her.
And once I didā¦ everything changed.
If youāve been feeling that pull to do more, be more, build something of your ownā¦
thatās your sign.
You donāt magically become her.
You evolve into her.
