The key to a great bagged salad is add to it! Seasoning is always a must. Today I added some avocado, a couple different cheeses, a little crumbled bacon, and some salt and pepper and it leveled up this Jalapeño Popper salad so much. I always have a bagged salad in my cart when I grocery shop. At least every week or two I’m not in the mood to cook a whole production so I throw together a salad and a protein — usually Just Bare® nuggs in the air fryer which I also always have in the freezer.
I took Jeff to Din Tai Fung’s grand opening in Brea a couple weeks ago and this was his first time. It’s a beautiful restaurant and I always love when a location has an open kitchen where you can see the dumplings being made!

Book the last minute trip. It’s always worth it.
Had the best time heading to Chicago this last week to visit Courtney Hindo| Chicago Experiences + Travel with Stephanie. What started as a last minute casual trip to just have a new view while I work and catch up with a friend, turned into five nights filled with so many laughs, incredible food, catching up with friends, and more.
Armitage Alehouse gave me one of the best meals I’ve had in a while and we had a great time and cocktails at the speakeasy Le Mistral Bar. Tried so many great coffee spots — awarding my fave to Ten Drops Coffee. And why has nobody told me how good Culver's | ButterBurgers & Frozen Custard is?!
Courtney, thank you for being the best host and an even better friend. You have opened your home and brought so many wonderful people into my life these last 5+ years. Miss you already, see you in 2027 my friend. ❤️
Will forever be one of my favorite memories every year when it pops up. It always gives us the best laugh. Perfectly fitting to stumble on it while we are decorating today for Halloween. đź‘»
