The last weekend 29029 was in whistler Canada. When I stared at Jackson hole Wyoming over a year ago I met up with a group of people that were so amazing and so inspiring. Of course as everything was new I forgot to get there info, I have hoped for so l long to see them again and this last weekend I was blessed that they came to whistler and I got to see these beautiful people! So many times in massage we feel the need to hold in pain, emotion, feelings! This past week it has been brought back to my attention again how much of an emotional release massage can be. Never feel the need to contain your emotions when getting a massage, our body needs that emotional release that comes from the body work! Massage is a safe space that combines physical body work to release the emotional and physical trauma! Always remember you are worth it and loved and deserve to let go of the trauma.
