Nobody understands how chronic this is on our body’s and I hate trying to defend how I feel.

I walked this evening and I also jogged one round (and I mean just that ☝🏾one round😂) jogging is not for the weak and truth is I’m tieddddd. I ain’t gone be able to do it captain. Let me just stick to walking. But I had to cut a rug at the end (💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽) of my jog because I was almost to the finish line and it just wasn’t close enough in my eyes but I made it, whewww was I ready to for this workout to end.🤣🤣
