Going to the gym as a mom with little kids can feel impossible - unless you go to Life Time Winter Park. It's Life Time's first location in Orlando (Hamlin/Horizon West friends, you're up next 👏🏻), and the family-friendly amenities are straight out of a dream. The best kids club that actually includes fun classes like art and tumbling instead of just a daycare, swim lessons for kids, incredible food/drinks, places to hang out, work, or socialize... in addition to top-of-the-line gym equipment, reformer Pilates, mat Pilates, yoga, strength training cardio, resort pool, and more. Winter Park and Orlando moms, this is your new favorite spot!!!
