Many years ago, one of my mentors told me:
âYou attract what you are.â
If you want to surround yourself with greatness, you have to become great first.
I heard what he said back then, but I didnât truly understand what he meant.
I get it now. đŻ
The reason most busy professionals stay overweight has nothing to do with a lack of knowledgeđ¨
They know they should train.
They know they should eat better.
They know they should take care of themselves.
The problem is theyâve made everyone elseâs priorities more important than their own.
Work comes first.
Clients come first.
Meetings come first.
Family comes first.
And their health gets whatever time is left over.
The truth is, successful people donât get in shape when they find more time.
They get in shape when they decide their health is no longer optional.
If you donât make time for your health today, youâll eventually be forced to make time for illness tomorrow.
Your career is important.
Your family is important.
But without your health, everything becomes harder.
Make yourself a priority.

Friendly RemindersâŚ.
Perfection is not attainable, but giving your best effort every day is.
If you have a goal, you better be surrounding yourself with people who share that goal, otherwise, theyâll pull you away from it.
Acceptance is not a virtue if it requires you to become someone youâre not.
You know whatâs better than having money? Being healthy, strong, and in shape while having money.
Success rarely comes from talent alone. It comes from consistency, patience, and the willingness to keep showing up when no one is watching.
The life you want is built through small decisions repeated every day, not through one big breakthrough.
Stop waiting for the perfect moment. The perfect moment is created when you take action despite uncertainty.
Itâs not impossible. Your mind has simply accepted limits that donât actually exist.
Most people quit because itâs hard.
The few who succeed keep going anyway.
Discipline will take you places motivation never will.
Drink your water
Get your steps in
Train hard
Mind your business and stay out the way!
God is the Greatest!
Elevation will always require separation!

Understanding Body Fat Levels For Men And Womenđ¨
Body fat impacts hormones, energy, performance and long term health. Men and women have different essential fat needs, so the same percentage means something very different for each.
Men Under 10 Percent And Women Under 16 Percentđ¨
Extremely lean. Looks impressive but not always sustainable. Men risk low testosterone. Women risk cycle issues and low energy if unmanaged.
Men 15 Percent And Women Under 20 Percentđ¨
Lean, athletic and sustainable. Hormones and energy are strong. Women dropping too low may experience cycle changes.
Men 20 Percent And Women 30 Percentđ¨
Healthy and functional. Strength and hormones are stable. Women naturally carry more essential fat which is why 30 percent is not the same as 20 percent for a man.
Men 30 Percent And Women 40 Percentđ¨
Early health risks increase. Energy becomes inconsistent. Higher chances of inflammation and metabolic issues.
Men 40 Percent And Women 50 Percentđ¨
Significant rise in long term disease risk. Lower mobility, lower energy and increased stress on the heart and joints.
Why I Compare Them Differentlyđ¨
Men and women are not built the same. Men require less essential fat. Women require more for hormonal balance and reproductive health. The goal is not to match percentages but to understand what each level means for your body.
If you want to learn where you fall on this spectrum and get a plan tailored to your body and goals DM âReadyâ and I will send you details on how you can get started â
Too many people spend their 30s, 40s, 50s, and 60s talking about who they used to be.
How strong they used to be.
How athletic they used to be.
How good they used to look.
The goal isnât to reminisce about your younger days.
The goal is to become the strongest, healthiest, most disciplined version of yourself today.
Your best days donât have to be behind you.
They can still be ahead of you.
