Don’t mind the date and time, I never set it up.

I was going to post this in my story but then I realized how important it is for me to glorify God on another level in my life.

Postpartum Preeclampsia and the fear, anxiety, restlessness and emotions that come along with it tried to take my life. I was in the hospital on 2 different occasions fighting high blood pressure and one of those times was told I was going to be put in ICU. My baby was only 2 weeks old so I still had to wake up and feed her every 2-3hrs…and try to rest at the same time. They told me there was a chance that I’d have high blood pressure for the rest of my life. I didn’t like it so I rebuked it 🤷🏽‍♀️

I prayed and worshipped…read that 3x…I surrendered it to God and began to remind Him of His Word. He said that the name of Jesus is above ALL names and that EVERY knee will bow and confess that Jesus is Lord. After I learned that ANYTHING that has a name has to bow…whew! POSTPARTUM PREECLAMPSIA, YOU GOTTA GO!

I kept being told to rest, while at the same time my baby needed me. So I started asking God to align me and her so much that when she cried I’d know EXACTLY what she needs. And He did just that. Therefore, I’ve been getting my rest! Even if that meant falling asleep on her 🥴😂

God is so good 🙌🏾

Anyways, after my Dr released me from the blood pressure meds, I kinda got lazy with checking my bp. However, lately I’ve been feeling the urge to check it so I did…

Seeing these numbers had me literally melting in my seat ready to fall on my face and cry tears of joy to my Father 🥹🥹

Man yall don’t even understand (or maybe you do). I lost my mom and she was only 50 years old. I know her story isn’t mines. I’m just not ready to leave my kids yet and apparently, GOD HAS MORE FOR ME TO DO ‼️🙌🏾✝️

Because good MICROSHADED brows need to be celebrated too 🤩🎉

I’ve spent so much time focusing on where I want to go that I’ve forgotten to celebrate how far I’ve come.

Before the clients, before the content, before the growth, there were seeds.

This was one of them.

Never despise small beginnings. And don’t let people underestimate the value that God has placed on the inside of you.
