Desert Bodywork

Desert Bodywork Fall newsletter

Sinus relief, lymphatic renewal, and a few ways to give back this season As the desert cools, we move into a season of transition and harvest. Ayurveda calls this a Vata season, marked by movement, dryness, and a body that can feel unmoored. At Desert Bodywork, I see the shift as an invitation to slow down, turn inward, and care for yourself with intention.

So grateful for the Rancho Mirage Chamber of Commerce. I get to learn about new places and meet fabulous faces!

Treat yourself this September with $20 off your next custom bodywork session as part of Greater Palm Springs Spa Month! Whether you're booking an appointment at the Palm Springs studio or opting for convenient mobile massage delivered right to you across the greater Palm Springs area, it’s time to release tension and restore balance. Use coupon code GPSM26 when booking, or call 760-895-0680 to reserve your spot!

If your shoulders have been carrying the weight of the whole week, I see you. Sometimes the body doesn't need another tip or stretch to try, it just needs permission to finally put everything down.

Whether you'd rather stay home and let me bring the table to you, or step into our quiet space at Salon 119 & Spa in Palm Springs, there's a moment waiting for you where the phone is off, the room is warm, and your nervous system can finally exhale.

If you're ready to trade the tension for some real, deep peace, I'd love to welcome you to the table.

I look forward to seeing you on my table Salon 119 & Spa

Something new!

For clients who prefer to come to me, Desert Bodywork sessions are now available at a partner location in the heart of downtown Palm Springs.

I’m partnering with the wonderful team at Salon 119 & Spa on S. Palm Canyon Drive. They have a private treatment room available for Desert Bodywork sessions by arrangement, and I couldn’t ask for a better home base.

My mobile concierge sessions remain exactly as they’ve always been; I come to you. This is simply one more way to access the work.
