Katie Nailed It

As many of you know, my sweet Kohen was born last week 5 weeks early, weighing 4 lbs 12 oz. He was careflighted to the NICU in Dallas on Friday, so my maternity leave will be longer than expected. He’s doing good, but we do plan on being in the hospital for a few weeks.

I can’t wait to be back — please bear with me during this time and keep my sweet boy in your prayers. 🫶🏻

I wanted to share a quick update. I’ve been diagnosed with preeclampsia and my doctor has decided it’s best for me to start maternity leave sooner than planned, and baby boy will be here a lot sooner than expected! That means I’ll need to pause appointments for now so I can focus on my health and baby.

I’m so sorry for the inconvenience and truly appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. I’ll share updates as I’m able and can’t wait to be back in the chair when it’s safe to do so.
