Let’s talk about something the beauty industry doesn’t talk about enough…
HAVING W-2 EMPLOYEES.
I LOVE having a team. I love creating opportunities, watching women grow, and building something bigger than myself.
But let’s be real…
Having employees is EXPENSIVE. 😩 I wasn’t fully aware of this going into it, so I want y’all to do better than me. 💪🏿
And I’m not just talking about their paycheck.

And the responsibility that comes with having your business attached to the people working under your company. Whew!
I’ve hired many ppl over the course of my business.
