July wasn’t perfect, but it still moved you forward.
Full workouts, shorter sessions, comeback days, milestones, and the people who made it better. Every rep counted.
Take the win and carry the momentum into August. 🔥
What are you proud of this month?
What does it look like inside a REGYMEN workout?
It looks like the room moving, coaches locked in, members pushing, recovering, laughing, and going again.
It looks like strength being built one rep, one round, and one high five at a time.
This is what the REGYMEN experience feels like: energy, effort, progress, and a community that keeps moving forward together.

Finish July strong and step into August with momentum. 💥
This week’s lineup brings compound strength, upper and lower focus work, unilateral movement, and an active de-load to help you train hard and recover with purpose.
Close the month with effort. Start the next one with intention.
Let’s get after it. 🔥

Not every win has to look like a personal record.
Sometimes the win is making the workout fit the week, moving with intention, and leaving with more energy than you walked in with.
That is how progress keeps going through busy schedules, summer plans, and the weeks that do not go perfectly.
Own your moment by recognizing the work that still counted. 💪
What was your win this week?
Today’s move: Kettlebell Overhead March
This week’s Exercise of the Day proves that slowing down can make a movement more challenging. 🔥
The kettlebell overhead march builds core and shoulder stability by asking you to maintain a strong position while the weights stay locked out overhead. The goal is not to rush through the march. It’s to stay stacked, steady, and controlled as each knee drives up.
A few cues to lock in:
🔹 Press the kettlebells overhead and keep your elbows locked out
🔹 Keep your rib cage down to engage your core
🔹 March slowly and pause briefly at the top of each rep
🔹 Stay tall and controlled without letting your position shift
The slower you move, the harder your core and shoulders have to work. Try it with intention the next time it shows up in class, and ask your coach to check your position. 💪

The work you put in this week matters. 🔥
From lower push/core and compound strength to upper push/pull, unilateral training, and endurance work, this lineup is designed to keep your progress moving.
Show up ready. Train with focus. Leave stronger.
We’ll see you in class. 💪

A changed schedule does not cancel your goals.
Some days are full-send.
Some days are shorter and still count.
Some days are about resetting and getting back to it.
Progress is not built by perfect weeks. It is built by staying in motion.
Save this for later and send it to your workout partner. 🔥
Exercise of the Day is your weekly breakdown to help you move with more purpose and control. 🔥
Today’s Exercise of the Day: Ab Dolly Knee Tucks
Core work is not about rushing reps. It’s about staying strong through the entire movement.
Ab dolly knee tucks challenge your core, shoulders, and control as you pull in and extend back out. The goal is to stay steady, keep your position strong, and avoid letting your low back sag as fatigue sets in.
A few cues to lock in:
🔹 Stack your wrists directly under your shoulders
🔹 Pull your knees in toward your elbows with control
🔹 Keep your upper back slightly rounded to protect your low back
🔹 Extend all the way back out, then reset before the next rep
Train smarter by owning the full range of motion, not just the hard part.
Save this for your next core-focused day and ask your coach to check your form in the studio. 🔥
