Post op magic 🔥 Fluid build up, swelling and body dysmorphia is very common after having a major cosmetic surgery. I recommend compressing, hydrating and staying away from salty foods. And of course regularly getting your massages with 💕.

Not wearing Faja VS Wearing day and night with proper massage 💆🏽♀️
It is very important in the beginning stages of your surgery to wear your faja day and night. After getting surgery your body is treating itself as if there was a huge injury/trauma. So it’s your job to help make it easier to heal properly.

Come on now 🫢 Look at this! This is just with my hands. I say this all the time that lymphatic massages are important! My client went to someone prior to me and she went home, hurt & uncomfortable and knotted up as you can see in the first pic.
Make sure the person you go to knows what they are doing! PLEASE. Someone else can definitely ruin your bbl or lipo 360 trust me.

It’s NEVER too late to get post op massages. This was literally 1 hour or less later. She has had surgery for almost a year now and still swells. Lots of liquid retention can still happen ladies! It’s not too late. Book your lymphatic massage 💆🏽♀️
