How do you relax? 💆🏻

To be honest I’m still working on it myself. I have a constant list of to-dos and a seemingly endless stream of what-ifs...

But I’ve found that I relax easiest if I remember to stay present in the moment. Focus on the even the little that are right there. How warm the sun is, how cool the drink in my hand is, how thankful I am to have made it this far.

Sunday Smiles and Small Talk ☀️

Not to seem fake deep on a selfie...

But...

Stick with me on this one.

Do you see these curls in my natural hair? 🥰 Two years ago my hair had gone completely pin straight and lifeless. I started my journey back to healthy hair when I realized I could work at healing the damage that had made it go straight. (Thank you 🎆)

And it worked! It didn’t work in a day, or a month, or even a year. But I didn’t give up. I stayed consistent and you can see results the results today!

If you were to *just* look at the results you would never know it took me two years to get here. You might be jealous. Or you might use all the same methods as me and expect your hair to look like this tomorrow.

Here’s the point:

It’s the same thing with your business. You might not see the results of your hard work right away, next week, or even a month from now, but if you stay consistent and keep going with it even when it seems like nothing is working you’ll get there.
