Why I’m telling everyone to eat beets right now 🌱
After the holidays, your body needs support. Your liver has been working overtime processing everything.

Here’s what beets actually do for your body:
LIVER SUPPORT → Beets contain betaine, which helps your liver eliminate toxins and regenerate. Think of it as giving your hardworking liver a vacation.
BLOOD PURIFICATION → They literally clean your blood, increase red blood cells, and improve circulation. Like a reset button for your circulatory system.
ANTI-INFLAMMATORY → If you’re dealing with joint pain, digestive inflammation, or any kind of chronic inflammation - beets are your friend.
