What’s that Chic trend? I can’t keep up with the internet, but I can keep up with the harvest!

I’m so fortunate to grow most of my own herbs for medicine making and limpias. I don’t think that’s chic at all but I do love to play in the dirt and make medicine.

Today I harvested elderberry. I’ll use this with some echinacea to make an elixir and for teas as we enter the colder months, you’ll see some of this medicine offered in Casa de Ritual soon.

Elderberry is a wonderful herb to build your immune system. It’s also anti-inflammatory, and good for digestion. Spiritually elderberry is about death & rebirth, a symbol for new beginning’s and it has a connection the fairy world✨Have you worked with elderberry before?

Taking a little break from this platform and social media for some CPR- Ceremony, Prayers, & Rituals.

We’ll be headed to the woods with many medicine folk at Sol y Luna, deep in kinship with each other and the land. And then I’m personally headed to another ceremony the week afterwards to travel inward further.
