My client went from sparse brows to bomb brows! After doing the consult, we concluded that she likes a darker more arched shape. So this shape we landed on suits her face the best & aligns with her natural brow bone.

We never want to draw a completely different shape outside of your natural hair flow. I can make small adjustments to lift your tails, enhance or soften your arches. I will never draw a straight brow on a client that has a really high arch and vice versa I would never draw an intense arched brow on a client who naturally has a straighter brow shape. My client has been on a little journey to try to fix her brows. She initially for them done in the Philippines around 4 years ago. She wasn’t happy with the shape & researched removal options. She had done her research with removal options looking at laser removal & then originally booked for a saline removal. After sending me photos via Instagram DM I booked her for saline but I know I can’t always get the best view of the clients skin, brow color & shape until I see them in person.

Since wasn’t able to see if I could correct them until I saw her in person & was able to analyze her skin, the shape, & the pigment placed into her skin. I realized she was a candidate for correction because she was asking for a thicker & darker shape. You can always make your brows thicker & darker but not significantly lighter or thinner.

After drawing out a shape for her she loved it so much she opted to do the correction right then & there! Luckily I had a gap so I was able to accommodate her! I perfected & finalized her predraw & we went ahead & did the correction!

I focused on evening out her arches, thickening the body of the brow. I added to the top of one brow & the bottom of one brow to balance it out. I also extended her tails slightly & sharpened them up! Unfortunately since I didn’t know I was going to do her brows this day I totally spaced on taking before photos 🥲

I’m loving how this set turned out! When working on a deeper skin tone I always aim to implant pigment in smaller sections to fully saturate & not just tattoo straight black pigment. I always mix a deep brown color that leans slightly more warm tone. I never tattoo straight black pigment because black leans more cool tone which can heal very ashy/grey/blue. Warm tone browns will heal more neutral & give longer lasting results.

When it comes to darker brows on any skin tone I aim to adjust my technique & not to just darken the tone of the pigment. Technique is everything! I work slower & adjust my pixels to be more compact! This small adjustment will help any artist with creating a more saturated brow!

Powder ombré brow tattoo immediately right after the procedure. Your brows will go through an approx 2 week healing & peeling process where your brows will lighten anywhere from 30% - 50%.

It may look scary dark at first but trust the process! Majority of my clients come back on their touch up saying “I loved the darkness & color I left with on my first appointment”. Always come back wanting it darker once they see how it heals!
