To live in Ohio….one day it’s 80 some degrees the next it’s 50 degrees.

Weather really changes how sourdough works.

The cooler temperatures make everything take a bit longer. Your starter to rise, your bread to proof etc.

Thankful my sweet husband got me a warming mat, Raisenne Dough Riser, for my starter a few years ago! So here is how you’ll find my starter on Cool days wrapped in multiple towels 😆

Bread has been at Moser's Farm Market and Barn since 10AM. And FRESH and WARM Brown Butter Chocolate Chip cookies just dropped off! 🍪 🤤😍 Hurry there!!!!
