Double standards aren’t always loud sometimes they look like silence, doubt, or lowered expectations. International Women’s Day is about rejecting those labels.

Glitz and Cosmix turns 4 today!

What started as a small, but big idea has grown into something that exists in the real world. Something I built with my own hands, my own vision, and a deep belief in creating experiences that help women feel good in their skin.

These past four years have stretched me in ways I never expected. They’ve also strengthened me and what it truly means to commit to something bigger than myself.

I’m grateful for every customer, every conversation, every moment that reminded me why I started.

Glitz and Cosmix is still here. Still evolving. Still becoming.

And I’m proud of that.
