High summer has been so incredibly beautiful in the Hudson Valley this year, truly spectacular!
I wanted to share a great recipe to help you enjoy it even more 🐞
Ticks are a pain in the butt and a reality when navigating our gorgeous fields and forests.
In the past, it has kept me from attending outdoor events or left me feeling restricted during a hike or concert, toning down the green freedom of this phenomenal area 🌱
This recipe combines some powerful natural elements in a folk blend meant to be passed on to friends and loved ones 🧡
We have found it to be very effective and you most definitely will smell like a spicy salad
Combine the ingredients below, put it in a spray bottle and shake it before use
Tick spray
5 drops eucalyptus essential oil
5 drops clove essential oil
Two cups distilled water
2 tablespoons ACV *apple cider vinegar
