LEAP is opening up our Farmers Market application for a mid-season call for market vendors with fresh produce!

LEAP serves a community of more than 1,500 market shoppers each week who are dedicated to supporting local farmers and eating seasonally. We also work with and raise additional funds to support individuals and families with limited income to double their dollars for fruits and veggies at the market. Once again I have found myself at the feet of mother ocean, here on the Pacific coast of Mexico. I didn’t know I was coming here until a month ago, but the invitation came with the perfect dates and numbers and so here I am back in my Mexican happy place.

I’m heading home soon to celebrate my daughter’s 20th birthday, see clients for a week and then board another plane to my final Spinal Flow training!

I started learning this seemingly magical technique almost a year ago and it seems surreal that I will finally be able to offer it out loud as a full-fledged practitioner!

Although it looks nothing like massage therapy or Craniosacral therapy, it feels like the perfect next layer on my pyramid of skills.

Spinal Flow.

It’s a simple modility that anyone can learn, no experience or prior certifications required. (To me this is a strong sign that humanity is ready to heal the deep wounding that keeps us sick. But that is another post.)

In case you haven’t heard, I’m offering a deep discount to the first cohort who complete 12 sessions before Labor Day. I’ll put the link in the comments, but just know that it’s called a “nervous system reset series” because I can’t call it Spinal Flow yet as I’m not certified. (I will be certified before the cohort begins.) Please reach out with any questions. I am absolutely willing to have a chat with you about it.

There are 3 more spots at the $225 price point and then ten more will available at $275.

This includes 12 sessions. The first one is a private assessment and treatment, followed by 11 more that you recieve two or three times a week. These are approximately 20 minutes long.
