Good night with even better company! Love my boys

Played some football, trained some clients and had a great work out session! You make life worth it. I’ll never be perfect and he never expects me to be. The kid is 95% of the time a pain in the butt, however that 5% makes up for it and then some! We both have a lot to learn my I’m glad I get to rock this voyage of life with you ❤️

Truly my forever workout partner 💪🏾❤️🔥

New year, same grind 🙏🏽💪🏾

I have to say one of the coolest things about being a dad so far is seeing Dominic interact with others like I once did. Seeing Him creating those bonds and friendships, that brotherhood that will last forever. It’s a beautiful sight! Little man is really growing into someone special ❤️

I GOT A WHOLE GANG OF THEM THANGSSSS 🙌🏾🙏🏽 Happy Veterans Day to all the veterans especially my gang of misfits!! Love you boys and couldn’t be prouder of you all!!

We make this look good ❤️❤️ Anyone who knows me knows my confidence is overwhelming as is, but some how when I’m with you I feel sexier than ever! You’re the most easy going and down to earth human I’ve ever met. You balance me out and keep me sane and .girouard thinks im less sassy and angry with you around. You’re dedicated to being the best you and getting jacked like me🥰 Also the way you look at me when I get out the shower 😋 I know I wouldn’t want to be with anyone else! My swole mate ❤️💪🏾🙌🏾

Head up, clear mind and stay focus! 3 things I tell myself every time I enter the gym. Remember why you’re there and leave all the outside noise outside!

Big gains only. The journey has been crazy but the results are more exciting than ever expected!

Let’s get to work together! 💪🏾💪🏾
Message me to get started!
