Hi, I’m Kileigh, but most of you know me as KJ. Lash and brow artist, full body waxer, mom of four, and as of now… an official LASHCON AMBASSADOR !!!!🤍
4 years ago I attended LashCon for the very first time, and walked straight into teaching a master class alongside Otto Mitter representing Elleebana. No easing in, but that class changed the direction of my career.
I went on to attend as Elleebana’s USA Master Trainer, and it became a yearly tradition, a reunion with my Elleefam and lash besties I’d made along the way.
Last year, after resigning and welcoming our son, I was in a new city, just getting back behind the chair and rebuilding my client base. Money was tight, the timing wasn’t right. I told everyone I wasn’t coming. But LashCon had become part of who I am, so I figured it out and surprised everyone by showing up anyway. I’m so glad I did. The things I was able to take back home to my business was so valuable to me at that time and gave me the confidence boost I needed to go back home and kill it.
The bond I’ve built with my Elleefam and LashCon friends is unmatched. Blood, sweat, tears, and laughing till we cried more. That’s when I knew I wanted to be a bigger part of it, not as staff, but as an Ambassador.
A few months ago applications opened, and something in me said yes. Out of so many incredible applicants, only 12 of us were chosen. I’m beyond grateful and still in shock.
Paul and Tussanee have built something so much bigger than a conference. A space that pushes you to grow as a business owner , lash artist and as a person. I can’t wait to pour into this community the same way it’s poured into me, by being a listening ear, a helping hand, and a friend to artists right where I once stood.
