At Mallow Blooms we strive to use only natural ingredients and want to be fully transparent how we achieve the colours to our flowers and other desserts we make. It is very important to me as the business owner to deliver fully natural non synthetic desserts to my community.
Our Zephyr flowers, Zephyr swirls, whipped soufflé, and Meringue cakes are all colored with fruit purées and if I am unable to produce a clients requested color and or depth from fruit then I use The SugarArt’s natural line of food colouring derived from fruit/veggie extracts to help me achieve the perfect color every time!
