Happy Father’s Day!
What better way to end Fathers Day with a meditation!

Tonight at the Chamber of Commerce 7-8:15 pm. I will be there early to welcome those coming. You’re welcome to show up 5 minutes early and no more than 15 minutes early to check in and find your space!
Bring yourself in comfortable clothing and whatever helps you create comfort as you lie back or find a sitting position that best suites you for some deep relaxation. Blankets, pillows, bolsters, a mat, and your journal. I will bring just a few extras just in case someone forgot.
Let’s breathe together as we bring peace of mind and wholeness back to the body.

Let me ask you just one question today…

What gives you that feeling of being at home and rooted within your body? Is there just 1-3 things that you do or say that helps you come back to yourself?
Share with me! I love all the good ideas and hope sharing will help another!

I find it always starts with breath for me! When I can slow down and just take a few deep breaths, centering within myself, all the tension just melts away with my breaths. Sometimes I’ll use a silent mantra starting with I am… to help me focus and really feel into those words as if I am literally experiencing that which I have spoke into myself.

November 29th 2025 Cacao + Yoga Nidra + Alavida Ritual. This is Saturday evening from 6pm-8pm. Sipping hot ceremonial cacao as we ponder our intentions, before some gentle movement and breath work and then settling down into our Yoga Nidra practice with the Alavida patch on our third eye space between the brows creating clarity of mind and calm serenity within.

I’m so grateful for this B.E. Practitioner Training class that started last night. It was wonderful to meet and greet all those who will be sharing and moving through this process together. Like-minded individuals ready to explore SELF, self-healing, self-empowerment, and self-mastery with Sherry Keahilihau (Teacher), as she presented us with a beautiful message from Dolores Cannon. It is wonderful to see, hear, feel, and share these ideas that we want to explore that we might have hesitated or stoped ourselves from before, usually out of FEAR or JUDGEMENT. This is the time to come back home to ourselves. Exploration of self is so important to heal ourselves, as NOW is the time! Let go and explore, be curious…know thy self. This will naturally bring compassion, understanding, and empathy from self to All.

I found this 14 minute video about 3I/Atlas very interesting as I was drawn to it due to my experiences this summer. It touches me deeply as I have been very aware of my transition and the things I am currently moving through. This is a very interesting perspective to ponder and feel into.

Come and enjoy some peace of mind with hot cacao chocolate to open your heart and an Alavida patch to open your mind (3rd eye) clearing thoughts and both deeply relaxing and healing. Yoga Nidra or yogic sleep, this type of meditation has many benefits. To name a few, it reduces stress and anxiety, improves sleep quality, relieves tension and pain. Your responsibility is always you first. Love yourself, Love your journey, and Love all and their journeys. No need to muck yourself up with others dramas, with love you can do this. With love you can show them the way of emotional healing by being your own strength.
