Awaken for Wellness is your home for infrared sauna sessions, custom massage therapy, and float therapy. Welcome to Awaken for Wellness. We are always evolving.
Awaken for Wellness was born out of a desire to impact people on a deep level. In 2010 I made a shift to become a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist and pursue a path of wellness coaching. Thus, Awaken for wellness was born. I choose to believe that we are all here to contribute something to the world. In order to optimize our individualized purpose, we must open the pathways to allow healing; We must transform beyond our current limits. With Awaken fostering your healing and inspiring your growth, we hope you find deep purpose and optimize your contribution to the world. Our three core therapies are a strong foundation to begin or continue your journey. Our Float Therapy for your mental-emotional journey. Full Spectrum Infrared Saunas & Light Therapy for your energetic and physiological healing. Our Professional Massage Therapy and Bodywork for your structural & muscular restoration. This is just the beginning. We are dedicated to uncover more ways for you to heal and grow so you can optimize your impact on the world. To your Awakening and your Wellness,
Chris Richmond
