Our Next Mission, partnering with Manatee County Habitat for Humanity, is pleased to announce the availability of two (2) single family homes in the Bradenton/Palmetto area. These homes are completely refurbished 3 bedroom/2 bath homes (see below picture). This includes new metal roof, Hardie Board siding and hurricane windows. Habitat has agreed to allow qualified Veterans to have preference on these homes. This is homeownership, not rental. The targeted monthly payment is $900 a month, which includes taxes and insurance.
