Life is just one big adventure, if we allow it to be, even amid the panic and chaos that can ensue. But life has us. God has us. Life has us when we donāt realize life has us. God has us especially when we think something isnāt working out.
Today was a reminder that Life/God has us long before we even realize we need Life/God to have us. Or ask to have us. It always has us. So if something looks bleakā¦have faith, trust, belief.

The tides continually flow, moving like the water the tides swim through, I too am flowing into transition.
Come 9/1 I am happy to share I will be moving into yet another new practice space. Going back to where it all began, Pinellas Park, inside of a beautiful suite located at 6698 68th Ave. N Suite 324.
The mission is the same, the practices and approaches are ever growing and ever evolving. I canāt wait to get started and share the new energy with you. See you soon šš½

August. Transitioning these hot summer days, and the fire element that stokes the heart and large intestine, towards late Indian summer and the earth element that stokes the pancreas, spleen, and stomach. Fire turning to ashā¦
And as such another season of change inches closer. Schools get back in session, the days start getting slightly darker, and the freshness of fall detoxing on the horizon.
Iāve come to truly embrace the seasons more intentionally and the energies within each of them and how we process throughout our bodies.
Winds of change are once again on the horizon and I embrace yet another turn towards new directions. I set new intentions now. Another layer of shedding old patterns that are no longer useful, setting sights on new opportunities and expanded growth that will take me into new levels and greater education/experience. And abundance.
New moon next week and with that will come new lights to turn on. Talk more in detail soonā¦
