If you need to cancel, please do so 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Rescheduling is allowed once and should be scheduled within the same week to prevent you from losing your $25 deposit. If you cancel after the first reschedule, you will no longer be able to book any future appointments and your deposit will be forfeited. This causes an inconvenience to myself and others that are trying to book services.
