I ask 85-year-old me what she would do.
Not because she knows the future.
Because she already knows what mattered.
When I’m standing at a crossroads, I don’t ask the version of me that’s afraid. I ask the version of me that’s already lived a full life, taken the leap, made the mistakes, loved deeply, and discovered that most of the things we worry about were never the things that shaped us.
The universe can only meet the version of you that actually moves.
You don’t become ready.
You become willing.

What an honor to lead this experience at Trilogy Sanctuary on Saturday. 🤍
Watching a room full of people open themselves to new possibilities and explore what exists beyond the limitations of the mind was truly inspiring. These moments remind me how much becomes available when we stop defining ourselves by what we’ve known and become willing to step into what we cannot yet see.
Thank you to Trilogy for trusting me with your beautiful community, to Jamuna for sharing his wisdom and grounding presence through Qi Gong, and to every person who chose to spend their time with us in exploration, expansion, and growth.

This little girl…
She was goofy, sensitive, and a little fearless.
She’d make up games in the pool, talk to animals like they understood her (they did),
and somehow always knew how people were feeling… even when they said nothing.
She was taking in everything.
Not just what was said
but what was felt, what was unsaid, what was underneath it all.
I don’t think anyone fully realized how much she was holding…
and honestly, neither did she.
But I see her now.
And I think a lot of us have a version of her inside of us,
still soft, still intuitive, still paying attention.
Maybe this is your reminder…
that who you were back then
isn’t something you outgrew.
It’s something you get to come back to. 🤍

I’m still buzzing from Sunday’s fear and heart healing workshop with ☺️
What a beautiful authentic group of souls, ready for deeper conversations! When I asked, “Who here is sick of surface and medium level connections?”, every one of them raised their hands. ✋
To find that depth in another, we must meet ourselves first, and do the most heroic thing…be vulnerable. 🔥
When the meditation and sound bath came to a close everyone was invited to stay and connect to 2-3 new people, share their intention or maybe a fear they became aware of. Swimming in the same frequency helps the connection, and this is how the tribe keeps growing!!!
