Truth!

You are not the first, last, or only trauma survivor to go from "functional" to "complete f*ckin mess" suddenly or seemingly without rhyme or reason.

Easy. Triggers hit hard, & they're very often neither obvious nor predictable. Just do the next right thng.

Grace over guilt.

* Those who protect abusers have no right to speak on your actual experiences. I'm sure I'm not the only one who has had this thrown at them. You are worthy of protection and healing.
