Hello with this slap in the face wake up quote.
When it comes to certain things I struggle asking for support. I would often rather do things myself. Not totally a bad thing but ya feel me?
I do however, love getting bringing people together to have fun and build community and that’s where I do shine.
It’s easy to do for others but why so challenging to do for me sometimes.
Anyone else on the same page?

4 years ago was such an amazing day.
We got to celebrate us coming together as husband wife, and sharing that with our friends.
I am so grateful to have my best friend by my side.

Savannah, GA has such charm.
I had to get out and explore a little after trying two new restaurants the last two days. It’s also a great way to decompress after spending long day’s training clients.

Sunday’s I look forward to our group virtual workouts.
Today. I was solo but it felt so amazing to workout outside, with nature.
Before March I forgot how much I had lost this self care. I appreciate you .muralles so much for your encouragement and making this part of my routine again.
Workout done and I join these ladies on rocking chairs, drink coffee, reflect, & laugh.
