Collagen Stimulation → structural restoration → submental fat reduction
A jawline transformation isn’t always about adding more filler. It’s about understanding what’s actually contributing to the loss of definition.
For this patient, we took a layered approach.
We started with collagen stimulation along the jawline to create foundational support and improve the underlying structure over time.
Once we had that foundation, we strategically used dermal filler to restore volume where it had been lost, particularly through the chin, and enhance the angle of the jaw without making the lower face look heavy or overfilled.
And finally, the icing on the cake: Kybella beneath the chin to permanently destroy unwanted fat cells that were blunting the transition between the jawline and neck.
The result? A stronger, more defined lower face that still looks completely like him.
This is why treatment planning matters. Sometimes the best result isn’t achieved with one syringe, one product, or even one appointment. It’s identifying the different anatomical changes contributing to what we see and treating each one intentionally.
It’s not about creating a new face. It’s about restoring the anatomy at every layer to create incredible outcomes.
