One of the biggest concerns I hear from weight loss clients is hair thinning and shedding during their journey.

Today was a short workday, but such a meaningful one. 🤍

When I was in clinicals, one of the first things nurses would ask was what area I wanted to work in as an RN. When I said aesthetics, the reactions were always mixed. Some thought it was amazing. Others made it very clear they didn’t see it as “real nursing.”

But days like today remind me exactly how real this nursing is. 🤍

Because nursing is not limited to one setting.
It’s care.
It’s trust.
It’s helping someone feel more like themselves again.

Sometimes that looks like balanced brows or beautifully natural lips.
Sometimes it looks like finally reaching a healthy BMI, improved lab work, more energy, more confidence, or seeing a number on the scale you never thought you’d see again.

There is something so emotional about watching people transform, not just physically, but mentally too.
