What if you could learn to listen to plants?
Not simply learn what a plant is traditionally known for… but sit with it.
Observe it.
Smell it. Touch it. Feel it.
Become quiet enough to notice what arises within you.
A word.
An image.
A memory.
A sensation.
An emotion.
A knowing.
We will gather, drink Goldenrod tea, sink into a guided meditation and practice getting quiet enough that we can hear the Earth's sweet whispers.

Autumn
What a beautiful day to welcome Autumn! It's been so rainy here, but today we had a nice afternoon for a golden walk.
Asters, goldenrod, cedar.. this time of year is so beautiful.
This week I am hosting a Goldenrod plant meditation workshop at Alchemy House and I will also be introducing my new flower essence ritual kits & flower essence sacred sprays ✨️
The kits and sprays will be available at the gathering Thursday evening and on the shelves of Alchemy House.

Nature's Apothecary
Just stopped by Nature's Apothecary for some healing plants.
I found prairie sagebrush, gum w**d, wormwood flowering tops, and the spent flowering heads of hoary verbena.
These will be used in foot soaks, respiratory tonics, as decoration, and to make mini torches 🔥

Goldenrod ✨️ Sovereignty
Goldenrod is just starting to bloom here in eastern South Dakota.
These beautiful plants remind us to stand firm in your own energy....🫶without closing your heart!!
Knowing where your energy ends and another's begins is excellent magic for healthy boundaries, level headed protection, and staying grounded when other people's energy starts to uproot.
I will have Goldenrod Flower Essences, oxymel, and tincture available as the season shifts from summer to fall.
