Hand+Heart Massage & Wellness Co.

Such a great community of service and health providers - I'm honored to be a part! 🙏🏽

I did my civic duty this morning while sipping on my Sweet Peppermint Chai (Dirty) from . 🍬☕

A little ritual of warmth before stepping into the bigger work we all share - tending to community, choosing with intention, and showing up for the wellbeing of the world we’re part of.

If you’re heading to the polls today, stop by for a pick-me-up and let your spirit be lifted on the way. 🤞🏽✨

A quiet reminder that taking a moment to recalibrate is part of staying grounded, regulated, and human.

When life may feel full, at any moment, you’re allowed to step back, breathe, and begin again.

Hey y'all, Cedric here 👋🏽 - it's been a while since I've personally checked in.

This year's been full of transition and pivots .. sometimes it feels like I'm just (barely) keeping my head above water. I'm grateful for every day I wake up with breath, every opportunity and chance to make a difference in my and others' lives. These last couple of weeks I've truly been exhausted and pushing through - I'm looking forward to this next season of slowing down and REST!! 😮‍💨🙌🏽

Thank you all for the continued support - many great things ahead for and I'm excited to share as they develop.

Today's message:
Always make time for your needs, no matter what's going on in the world around you - peace and stability come from within first. No one can take that away from you! 🤞🏽✨
