Self-care isn’t always a bubble bath (though we are suckers for anything soap-related!🤗), an expensive trip to the spa or a vacation. It’s the little things too. It’s giving the kids the tablet for 15 minutes so you can drink your coffee uninterrupted (and while it’s still hot!). It’s pausing for a to meditate or find your center when you feel your anger rising.
