Here’s a piece of hair science lash trainers rarely explains 👀

Ever wonder why some clients lose their lash extensions faster than others?

It’s not always your glue… and it’s not always your technique.

It’s the lash growth cycle.

Every natural lash goes through 3 stages:

✨ Anagen (growth stage)
This is a baby lash that’s still growing. If you place a long heavy extension here, it may twist or fall out sooner because the natural lash is still developing.

✨ Catagen (transition stage)
The lash stops growing and the follicle begins shrinking. These lashes hold extensions better than anagen lashes.

✨ Telogen (resting stage)
This lash is fully grown and just waiting to shed. When it falls out, the extension goes with it — even if your work was perfect.

That’s why lash fills are usually needed every 2–3 weeks.
